Shipping time:

This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to their destination.

Our primary goal is to ensure that all of your orders are processed as quickly as possible. Once an order has been placed, we will usually dispatch it within 1-2 business days. However, we cannot guarantee this, especially during busy times of the year. Orders are not dispatched or delivered on weekends or public holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, dispatch may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional shipping time. If there is a significant delay in dispatching your order, we will contact you by email.

Shipping costs and delivery estimates:

The shipping costs for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery times are estimates and start from the date of dispatch, not the date of order. They are for guidance only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.

Shipping confirmation & order tracking:

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been shipped, containing your track & trace number(s). The tracking number will be activated within 24 hours.
